Our factory's veneer splicer, developed through over a decade of research and production, have been continuously refined based on customer feedback. They have now earned consistent acclaim from clients worldwide. We currently offer two standard models: MH1109 and MH1114, which max. sewing length is 900mm and 1400mm.
This veneer splicer can process both thick and thin veneers of various specifications. Its simple adjustment and easy operation achieve 30 times the efficiency of manual labor, successfully resolving the previous challenges of slow operation and labor-intensive processes associated with handheld sewing machines.
The heating element of this veneer sewing machine is durable, melts glue effectively, and its temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the external environment to suture the wood veneer. The resulting glue line is Z-shaped. Two stainless steel turntables rotate in opposite directions, pressing against each other to make the seam tighter and stronger.
