The machine features a robust U-steel frame (200×6mm), stronger than nonstandard 140×5mm frames, and driven rolls with a larger 180mm diameter for smoother sanding.
The integrated casting pressing rolls base provides superior stability compared to conventional welded bases, while enlarged and reinforced supporting columns ensure long-term precision and reliability.
