Retaining the rigid, well-tested machine body structure of our classic CNC router, this new variant avoids the extra cost of redesigning the whole frame while delivering major performance boosts through targeted hardware upgrades.

✅ Linear ATC Automatic Tool Change System The machine is equipped with an automatic tool magazine. It can switch cutters automatically according to the machining program without manual tool replacement during continuous jobs. It drastically cuts downtime for multi-process work such as cutting, grooving, drilling and carving in one single workflow. Combined with the auto tool setting function, it eliminates manual tool offset measurement and ensures consistent cutting accuracy batch after batch.

✅ High-efficiency Vacuum Adsorption Table The grid vacuum worktable securely holds wooden panels, MDF, acrylic and other sheet materials firmly during machining. No cumbersome clamps are required. It prevents plate shifting and vibration, delivering cleaner cutting edges. Zoned vacuum control saves power when processing small-size workpieces.

✅ Hybrid Servo Motor Drive System Upgraded from ordinary stepper motors to hybrid servo motors. It combines the low-cost advantage of stepper motors with the high torque, closed-loop feedback and anti-lost-step performance of servo drives. It provides stable motion, quieter operation and higher positioning accuracy for long-hour continuous production.
