What sets the HT450A apart is its complete processing sequence - gluing, end trimming, fine trimming, scraping, and buffing - all in one continuous high-speed pass.
Gluing Unit: A 3-liter EVA glue tank ensures uniform adhesive application. An optional Teflon-coated glue tank prevents glue from sticking, while glue scrapers on pressing rollers clean excess adhesive for a flawless finish.
End Trimming: The linear guide is positioned at a 45° angle with 2 motors and 2 saw discs, delivering high-precision cutting of excess edge banding tape.
Fine Trimming: A large-diameter copy wheel (Ø180mm) and round conical copy wheel (Ø120mm) ensure accurate workpiece positioning. The aspiration system effectively removes chips from the trimming and scraping area, guaranteeing clean, high-quality processing.
Scraping & Buffing: Removes microwaves on the processed radius surface after trimming, leaving a smooth, professional edge.
