Electrostatic powder coating is applied on the machine body to strengthen anti-corrosion performance and extend service life. Additionally, it features a 220×800mm high-strength aluminum pressure beam with a 6mm wall thickness. Combined with a screen-operated electric lifting system and encoder drive, it enables accurate workpiece positioning and stable feeding to further improve machining precision.

The HT800Y edge bander boasts impressive performance across its key functional assemblies. The pre-milling unit removes plate cutting imperfections completely to guarantee straight, flat end faces as a solid foundation for flawless edge banding. An adjustable-frequency automatic lubrication system maintains stable long-term operation. The fine trimming station is equipped with large contour wheels and a dust extraction system for efficient chip removal. The scraping step clears tiny residual marks on curved surfaces, followed by a double cloth wheel polishing unit for surface brightening. The whole workflow achieves finished-grade quality in one single pass.

For technical specifications, the HT800Y edge bander offers three feeding speeds: 12, 15 and 18 m/min. It works with edge tapes ranging from 0.4–3mm in thickness and 12–65mm in width, and processes boards of 10–60mm thickness. Multiple motors for feeding, gluing and trimming operate synchronously. The machine weighs 1050 kg, with overall dimensions of 3800×750×1250mm. It balances high output capacity and flexible layout for different workshop environments.
