The HT-20DX is a single-axis vertical manual polishing machine featuring an electrically driven brush roller with automatic vertical adjustment. Primarily designed for rough sanding of wood blanks and primer sanding, it is suitable for various materials including solid wood, composite panels, MDF, and veneered boards.
The brush sanding machine roller can be driven by a motor to move up and down repeatedly, thereby achieving better grinding results. The motor is a pure copper core motor meeting national standards, with all electrical components sourced from Chint Electric, which helps furniture manufacturers keep competitive advantage in the market.
The polishing machine is equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) for freely adjustable speed, with a one-year warranty on the VFD.
