Pressing Beam. Aluminium clamping beam with size of 220 x 80 mm and a wall thickness of 6 mm ensures high precision and excellent rigidity. The clamping beam lifting and lowering controlled on the screen. Ideal movement accuracy is ensured by an electric drive of the encoder and motor.
Premilling function is used to eliminate cutting defects (micro chips,steps from the scoring saw),guarantees perpendicular and rectilinear geometry of the end surface of the part.
The teflon coating glue tank about 4 liters for EVA glue,which prevents the glue from sticking to the tank. The infrared lamp is about 300 ℃,especially necessary in winter. to heat the banding tape for high-quality gluing. Press group with scrapers to clean the extra glue on the rollers. The last rubber roller to minimize the adhesive seam.
End Trimming. The linear guide is located at an angle of 45° with 2 motors and 2 saw discs. To cut the extra banding tape in high precision. Automatic lubrication system with adjustable frequency of lubricatant oil supply.
Rough Trimming and Fine Trimming. Large diameter copy wheel - Ø 180 mm and round conical copy wheel Ø 120 mm ensure the accuracy of workpiece positioning. The aspiration system effectively removes chips from the trimming and scraping area. Clean space ensures high quality processing.
Corner Rounding. It is used for profile milling of front and rear edge corners.
Scraping. It is used to remove microwaves on the processed radius surface of the edge after trimming.
Buffing. A polishing unit with two-layer cloth circles gives shine to the treated surface,cleans from dirt.
High quality electrical components from Delta,Omron,Schneider ensure stable electricity and signal supply.
Touch Screen. The operating interface is intuitive and simple,information about the machine status is available at a glance. Display of processes and diagnostic information. Prompt problem solving using the error code displayed on the screen.
