HT800 Automatic Edge Banding Machine
The HT800 automatic edge banding machine is designed for high-precision bonding of rectangular workpieces with various edge materials, including PVC, ABS, and acrylic. It is an ideal solution for professional woodworking workshops that require stable performance, high efficiency, and excellent finishing quality.
The machine features a heavy-duty machine body with 18mm and 8mm steel plates, providing strong rigidity and long-term stability. The machine base is robotically welded in one setup to ensure high precision and extended service life. Key components are processed by Japanese CNC machining centers, guaranteeing excellent flatness and machining accuracy.
The machine adopts electrostatic powder coating technology, which improves corrosion resistance and provides a smoother and more durable surface finish.
The end trimming unit is equipped with a 45° inclined linear guide structure, two motors, and two saw discs, ensuring precise cutting of excess edge banding material. The automatic lubrication system with adjustable lubrication frequency helps reduce wear and maintain reliable operation.
The fine trimming unit uses a large diameter copy wheel of Ø180mm and a round conical copy wheel of Ø120mm to ensure accurate workpiece positioning and consistent processing quality. The integrated dust extraction system effectively removes chips generated during trimming and scraping, keeping the working area clean and improving the final edge quality.
The scraping unit removes fine processing marks and microwaves on the radius surface after trimming, creating a smoother and more refined edge finish. The buffing unit with two-layer cloth polishing wheels enhances the surface gloss, removes dust and residues, and delivers a clean, professional finishing effect.
With its robust structure, precise processing system, and reliable performance, the HT800 automatic edge banding machine provides an efficient and durable solution for modern woodworking production.
