All-in-One Edge Banding Process for One-Time Forming & Higher Efficiency
The HT450YF Automatic Edge Banding Machine integrates multiple processes including preheating, pre-milling, gluing, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, scraping, polishing and round corner processing. It can complete the full-process operation from panel pre-treatment to final edge banding in one go, greatly improving production efficiency.
Pre-milling Function:
Effectively eliminates steps caused by cutting, ensures the verticality and geometric shape of part end faces, and lays a high-precision foundation for subsequent edge banding.

Dual-motor End Milling & Trimming:
Linear guide rails arranged at a 45° angle, matched with dual motors and dual saw blades, can accurately cut excess edge banding tape. The automatic lubrication system ensures more stable equipment operation.

Rough & Fine Trimming: A large-diameter profiling wheel (180mm) and a conical profiling wheel (120mm) work in coordination to ensure workpiece positioning accuracy. Combined with a high-efficiency dust collection system, it keeps the processing environment clean.

Round Corner Processing, Scraping & Polishing: It can perform profile milling on the edges and corners of front and rear sides. The scraping process removes edge banding residues, and the double-layer cloth polisher makes the edge banding surface brighter and improves the product texture.

In addition, the equipment is equipped with a Teflon-coated glue tank with a capacity of about 4 liters to effectively prevent EVA glue adhesion; the infrared lamp can reach a temperature of 300℃, ensuring the edge banding bonding effect even in low-temperature environments. The design of pressure rollers and scrapers further reduces glue residue and improves edge banding quality.

Electrostatic Powder Spraying: After sandblasting for rust removal, the body is treated with electrostatic powder spraying technology. The coating is corrosion-resistant and has a smooth surface, suitable for long-term industrial production environments and reducing maintenance costs.
