HOLZTECH has officially launched its latest surface finishing solution, the HT1000-4s Wide Belt Polishing Machine. Engineered for solid wood and panel furniture manufacturers, this model features a unique "Two Discs + Two Rollers" (Y2H2) configuration, designed to improve both efficiency and precision in primer polishing and white board sanding operations.
Core Configuration: Y2H2 – Balancing Roughing and Finishing
The standout feature of the HT1000-4S is its Y2H2 structure, which integrates two disc units and two roller units:
Two Disc Units: Each disc unit is equipped with 9 quick-change, inverted U-shaped polishing wheels. This stage provides uniform initial treatment, effectively handling uneven surfaces or complex contours to prepare the workpiece for fine finishing.
Two Roller Units: Following the discs, the roller units utilize either sisal or DuPont bristles (user-selectable), combined with abrasive belts ranging from 120 to 600 grit. This stage delivers fine trimming and surface texturing, ensuring a consistent touch and smooth finish.
Wide Material Compatibility
The HT1000-4S efficiently processes various boards for solid wood and panel furniture, offering strong process versatility. It supports direct sanding of primer-coated surfaces and uncoated (white) boards, simplifying the production workflow and reducing the need for equipment changeovers or additional process steps.
