HOLZTECH has launched the XC-7500 industrial pulse dust collector, specially developed for panel furniture factories, whole-house customization workshops and supporting woodworking machinery. I. Two-Stage Cyclone Separation Greatly Reduces Cartridge Wear & Cuts Operation Costs

The XC-7500 adopts a core two-stage dual cyclone dust removal design. The large conical cyclone tank on the right serves as the primary pre-separation unit. Wood chips, coarse dust and large shavings generated during wood processing enter the machine and rapidly settle into the bottom dust bin via centrifugal force, intercepting over 90% of heavy waste in advance. The transparent visible filter cartridge chamber on the left acts as the secondary fine filtration unit. Only ultra-fine wood powder passes through the filter cartridges, drastically lowering the adsorption load on cartridges to prevent rapid clogging and extend filter replacement cycles by more than 3 times.

A matched small air storage tank and automatic pulse cleaning system are installed on the top of the machine. It regularly sprays high-pressure air onto filter cartridges to blow off fine dust attached to the surface automatically, eliminating frequent manual disassembly and cleaning. Even under 24-hour continuous production, it maintains a constant air volume of 7200m³/h without common industry issues such as declining suction and insufficient vacuum at extraction ports. The transparent tank design allows operators to directly observe dust accumulation on filters, monitor machine status in real time and simplify routine maintenance.

II. 5.5KW High-Power Fan with 7200m³/h Large Air Volume for Simultaneous Dust Extraction on Multiple Woodworking Machines

The machine is fitted with a 5.5KW all-copper industrial fan with a rated air volume of 7,200 cubic meters per hour. It comes standard with a 250mm large-diameter dust hose, delivering smooth air ducts and stable wind pressure. It can connect 2 to 4 woodworking machines such as CNC engravers, automatic edge banders, sliding table saws and special-shaped sanders for synchronous operation, instantly sucking away dust and wood chips from cutting, trimming and sanding to stop dust diffusion across the workshop.

Conventional simple single-tube dust extractors have low air volume and suffer sharp suction drops when shared by multiple machines, leading to floating dust and surface dust on panels that ruin edge banding and painting results. Benefiting from sufficient air volume and dual cyclone flow splitting structure, the XC-7500 maintains even, stable suction at all extraction points even with multiple workstations running at the same time. It improves workshop working conditions at the source, lowers the risk of occupational diseases caused by dust inhalation, and prevents dust buildup on guide rails, motors and cylinders to reduce machine breakdowns and extend the service life of the entire production line.

III. Large-Capacity Sealed Dust Bin with Easy Disassembly to Prevent Dust Leakage

A 0.25m³ large sealed dust storage bin is installed at the bottom for high single-time dust holding capacity and less frequent emptying. The bin adopts a quick-release latch structure with red-handle snap locks for one-click opening and closing; the dust bin can be quickly removed without tools to save time and labor during waste cleaning.

The whole machine adopts fully sealed sheet metal manufacturing. Sealed flexible connectors are fitted at all joints of cyclone tanks, filter cartridge chambers and dust bins to block dust leakage through gaps. No secondary dust pollution occurs during waste disposal, easily meeting local environmental and safety inspection standards.

Universal casters with brake locks are mounted on the base, allowing flexible repositioning of the machine close to production lines to shorten dust hoses and reduce wind pressure loss in pipelines. Overall dimensions are 1650*800*2450mm with a compact footprint, suitable for placement beside production lines in small and medium-sized workshops with all layout types. The total machine weight is 340kg, supported by a sturdy steel frame base that minimizes vibration at high speed with excellent noise control, ideal for non-stop all-day mass production.
