HOLZTECH R-RP1300 Wide Belt Wood Sanding Machine
HOLZTECH Machinery officially launched its brand-new R-RP1300 double-roller wide belt sanding machine for the global woodworking market. Specially designed for calibration and fine sanding of various wood materials, this machine perfectly processes particle board, MDF, plywood, furniture veneer boards and other wood-based workpieces, becoming an essential high-performance equipment for furniture factories and panel processing workshops worldwide.
The R-RP1300 wide belt sanding machine features an ultra-robust machine frame. Its main structure adopts 2006mm thick U-shaped steel, which is much thicker than the ordinary 1405mm profile in the industry, ensuring stable operation without vibration during long-time continuous production. Equipped with 180mm large-diameter driving roller and integrated casting pressure roller base (far more durable than welded base), as well as thickened support columns, the overall structural rigidity is greatly improved.
In terms of sanding precision, the rubber layer of the grinding roller is thickened to 5mm with full dynamic balance correction. The pulley and braking system are calibrated by microcomputer with precision less than 0.3 g·mm/kg, which effectively eliminates vibration and wavy scratches on workpiece surface. The high-quality anti-slip conveyor belt is durable with a service life of over 5 years.
Before delivery, every R-RP1300 sanding machine will undergo no-load running test for more than 4 consecutive hours. Its sanding thickness error is controlled within 0.05mm, meeting high-precision requirements of panel thickness calibration and fine finishing.
