HOLZTECH has officially released its latest surface finishing solution, the DT1000-4S Wide Belt Polishing Machine, purpose-built for solid wood and panel furniture manufacturers. Featuring a proven "Two Discs + Two Rollers" (Y2H2) configuration, the DT1000-4S delivers exceptional efficiency and surface quality in both primer polishing and white board sanding applications.
Dual-Disc Units for Uniform Initial Treatment
Each of the two disc units is equipped with nine quick-change, inverted U-shaped polishing wheels, ensuring consistent and even initial treatment across the workpiece. This stage effectively smooths out irregular surfaces and complex contours, creating an ideal foundation for subsequent coating or finishing processes.
Dual-Roller Units for Fine Trimming and Texturing
Following the disc stage, the two roller units utilize either sisal or DuPont bristles (user-selectable), combined with abrasive belts ranging from 120 to 600 grit. This configuration delivers precise trimming and surface texturing, resulting in a uniform tactile feel and a high-quality smooth finish that meets the demands of modern furniture production.
