HOLZTECH Launches B-R-RP1300 Planer-Sander Integrated Machine to Boost Precision Processing of Furniture Panels
HOLZTECH’s B-R-RP1000/1300/630 combined planer and wide-belt sander innovatively integrates spiral planing and wide-belt sanding technologies. One single feeding pass completes rough planing and fine sanding, providing a one-stop solution for thickness calibration and surface polishing of solid wood and artificial boards. Featuring robust configurations and precise workmanship, it delivers cost-effective industrial processing solutions for customized cabinet manufacturers, panel factories and wooden door producers.

1. Integrated Planing & Sanding Design Cuts Production Procedures
Traditional production requires separate planing and sanding on two standalone machines. The B-R series combines an 8-spiral cutter block and double wide-belt sanding units into one unit to finish planing and fine sanding in one go. Equipped with an 8-line spiral cutter shaft holding 432 carbide blades, the spiral layout reduces cutting resistance and ensures smooth chip removal with smooth cutting surfaces free from edge chipping. A rear 5mm-thick dynamically balanced fine sand roller is professionally calibrated to minimize high-speed vibration and avoid wavy surfaces and uneven sanding thickness.
Two mainstream sizes are available: effective working width of 1000mm and 1300mm. Max processing thickness ranges 3–110mm, minimum feeding length 500mm, and infinitely variable feed speed from 2 to 16m/min. Compatible with MDF, particle board, multi-layer solid wood and rough lumber, it fits small-batch custom jobs and mass production lines, lowering equipment investment and workshop footprint significantly.

2. Premium Core Components Ensure Stable Operation & Lower Maintenance Cost

All critical spare parts adopt high-standard specifications to enhance durability of transmission, support and bearing parts:
· Feeding & Conveying System: Drive roller diameter upgraded to 180mm for stable board conveyance against slipping and deviation. Original Japanese TR imported bearings are fitted throughout, featuring high heat and wear resistance to cut failure rates during nonstop long-hour operation and extend machine service life.
· Machine Frame Structure: Pressure roller base adopts one-piece casting instead of ordinary welded construction for superior anti-deformation performance and load capacity. Reinforced upright supports strengthen overall rigidity to prevent frame distortion under heavy long-term workloads.
· Power Configuration: RP1300 is equipped with 37KW main planer motor + 30KW coarse sanding motor + 22KW fine sanding motor, plus 4KW feed motor and 0.55KW lifting motor. Ample power reserves enable heavy-duty planing and sanding of thick hardwood without power overload.
3. Strict Factory QC Delivers Micron-level Machining Precision
HOLZTECH implements full pre-delivery inspection. Every unit undergoes no less than four consecutive hours of no-load and load running tests before shipment. A microcomputer dynamic balance system calibrates pulleys and brake components within a dynamic balance tolerance of 0.3g·mm/kg for smooth low-vibration operation. Sanding thickness tolerance is controlled within 0.05mm for uniformly smooth board surfaces, eliminating secondary manual touch-up and raising finished product yield while cutting labor expense.
A standard 0.6MPa pneumatic pressure regulating system comes as standard. Pneumatic hold-down adapts to varied board thickness for tight feeding, preventing thin board warping and thick board shifting.

4. Wide Industrial Application & Factory-direct Competitive Pricing
Positioned as economical industrial-grade equipment, B-R series is sold directly from HOLZTECH factory without middleman markup, balancing reliable performance and favorable purchase cost. Widely applied in precision processing of cabinet doors, solid wood furniture, integrated wall panels and hardwood flooring, it works for equipment upgrade of small & medium furniture workshops as well as matching assembly of large-scale panel production lines.

A senior manager from HOLZTECH commented: “The R&D of B-R integrated planer-sander targets actual pain points of domestic and overseas furniture manufacturers. The combined planing-sanding structure streamlines production flow, and imported spare parts plus strict quality control balance equipment quality and pricing. Going forward, HOLZTECH will keep focusing on woodworking machinery R&D to develop more cost-efficient and stable processing machines and help global wood product factories improve productivity and economic benefits.”
