Qingdao HOLZTECH Machinery officially released the new HT800Y automatic edge banding machine. The HT800Y is a professional single-sided edge banding machine, compatible with various edge banding materials such as PVC, ABS and acrylic, perfectly meeting the edge banding processing needs of rectangular workpieces. The equipment is equipped with a complete full-process processing sequence, from pre-heating, pre-milling, gluing, to end cutting, fine trimming, scraping, and finally polishing. Each link achieves precise control, ensuring firm edge banding, tight seams and smooth surface, creating high-quality edge treatment for furniture panels.

In terms of core structure, the HT800Y adopts a heavy-duty integrated design. The main body of the machine is made of 18mm and 8mm thick steel, processed by robot one-shot welding and high-precision plane processing by Japanese CNC machining center, which fundamentally guarantees the rigidity and long-term operation accuracy of the equipment. The fuselage adopts electrostatic powder spraying technology, which greatly improves corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the equipment. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a high-strength aluminum pressure beam of 220×80mm with 6mm wall thickness, combined with the screen-controlled electric lifting system and encoder drive, realizing accurate positioning and stable conveying of workpieces, and upgrading the processing accuracy.

In terms of key functional modules, the HT800Y has outstanding highlights: the pre-milling unit can completely eliminate the cutting defects of the plate, ensure the vertical and flat end face, and lay the foundation for perfect edge banding; the 4L Teflon-coated glue tank is suitable for EVA glue, equipped with a 300℃ infrared heating system, which can achieve high-quality bonding even in winter. The pressure roller scraper can remove excess glue, and the rubber roller further reduces the bonding gap; the end trimming unit adopts a 45° linear guide layout, with dual-motor and dual-saw blade design, accurately cutting off excess edge banding, and is equipped with an adjustable frequency automatic lubrication system to ensure long-term stable operation; the fine trimming unit is equipped with large-diameter profile wheels and a dust suction system to efficiently remove chips. The scraping process further removes the micro-residues on the arc surface, and finally the double-layer cloth wheel polishing machine completes the surface brightening, realizing "one-time processing, finished product level effect".

In terms of technical parameters, the HT800Y can achieve three feed speeds of 12/15/18 m/min, compatible with edge banding of 0.4-3mm thickness and 12-65mm width, and compatible with plate processing of 10-60mm thickness. Multiple motors such as feeding, gluing and trimming work together. The whole machine weighs 1050kg, with an overall dimension of 3800×750×1250mm, taking into account large production capacity requirements and workshop adaptability.
