1. Six-Station Composite Structure, One-Step Sanding & Polishing

The machine adopts the mature Z2Y2H2 six-group sanding structure in the industry, consisting of 2 vertical roller stations, 2 disc stations and 2 straight roller stations. Multiple processes run simultaneously, eliminating the cumbersome segmented processing that requires multiple separate machines.

It is equipped with 9 quick-replace inverted U-shaped discs and 9 vertical rollers. The two straight rollers support optional sisal or DuPont wire abrasives. Sanding belts with grit ranging from 80 to 600 are available for flexible switching according to panel processing requirements, delivering diverse effects including rough leveling, fine polishing and mirror soft gloss. Both discs and vertical rollers are fitted with independent oscillating motors, which ensure uniform sanding traces without scratches and greatly improve the flatness of panel surfaces.

Max processing width: 1300mm, compatible with most standard large panels; minimum workpiece length: 350mm, enabling stable feeding of both short and long boards; adjustable sanding thickness from 10mm to 160mm, suitable for thin veneer sheets and thick solid wood beams alike.
