HOLZTECH has officially released its brand-new HT1325 CNC Router. As a universal CNC processing machine developed by our brand for small and medium custom furniture factories and panel processing enterprises, this model integrates a heavy-duty machine frame structure, full set of Taiwan-made transmission parts and professional Leadshine electric control system. Meanwhile, it supports flexible optional configurations including air-cooled/water-cooled spindles, multiple worktables, stepper/servo motors. Balancing long-term operational stability, ultra-high machining precision and diversified processing demands, it can finish a full range of procedures for various panels such as MDF, solid wood, plywood, Sande plywood, PVC plastic sheets and multi-layer solid wood panels, including cutting, grooving, carving, handle routing and special-shaped profiling. It adapts to different workshop conditions and processing standards for both domestic furniture manufacturers and overseas trade clients exporting to South America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and other regions, serving as an indispensable core processing machine in the entire panel furniture production line.
I. Heavy-Duty Annealed Frame & Thickened Aluminum Worktable: Dual Solutions to Fix Panels Firmly and Prevent Shifting & Deformation
The HT1325 boasts a net weight of 1,000 kg, and its solid frame lays a solid foundation for long-term high-precision machining. Before milling and drilling, the machine base undergoes high-temperature stress relief annealing to fully release internal steel stress. This completely avoids common defects of thin low-grade machines after long hours of high-speed cutting, such as frame distortion, worktable tilt and dimensional deviation. Even under non-stop three-shift 24-hour production, it maintains stable geometric accuracy for years of service.


The effective working travel of the machine is 1300×2500×200mm(Size can be customized), with a maximum processing panel thickness of 200mm. A full standard 4×8ft panel can be laid and processed at one time, reducing labor loss from frequent loading and unloading and greatly boosting overall workshop productivity.
The worktable adopts an integrated thickened aluminum alloy T-slot surface, with three panel fixing solutions available for selection according to different panel materials:
1. Basic aluminum profile T-slot table: Panels are fixed by pressure strips and fixtures with lower processing costs, ideal for hard materials such as solid wood and thick MDF. Its downside is that thin panels tend to shake at edges and suffer minor incomplete milling.

2. Vacuum adsorption table: Equipped with sealed PVC edge strips and connected to an external vacuum pump, it firmly holds thin panels and smooth veneers through negative pressure to eliminate panel shifting and edge chipping during processing, specially designed for flat and smooth sheets.

3. Combined vacuum & fixture dual-purpose table: It integrates both T-slot and vacuum adsorption structures. It can hold large whole panels via vacuum suction and clamp irregular special-shaped workpieces with fixtures, supporting the processing of thick boards, thin sheets and special-shaped parts with the widest application range.
The thickened aluminum alloy table features strong load-bearing capacity, resisting denting and abrasion to retain flatness after long-term use and drastically cut panel scrap rates.
II. Full Set of Precision Taiwan Transmission Parts with Triple Transmission Structures, Stable Positioning Accuracy of ±0.02mm
The X/Y/Z three axes of the whole machine are equipped with high-quality imported transmission components. The complete transmission system operates smoothly with minimal clearances, and its wear resistance and service life far exceed ordinary simple domestic accessories. The core configurations are listed as follows:
· The horizontal guide rails are original Taiwan 20mm LAAAK heavy-duty linear guide rails with widened and thickened bodies, outstanding load capacity and smooth high-speed movement for heavy panels without stuttering or shaking, even in dusty environments filled with wood chips.

· The X-axis adopts DIN6 precision ground rack and pinion with high-precision ground tooth surfaces and ultra-small transmission clearances. No processing texture will be generated during high-speed reciprocating movement, greatly improving carving uniformity on large-format panels.

· The Z-axis lifting structure is fitted with original Taiwan TBI ball screws with precisely machined threads, delivering stable vertical milling and grooving movements. No vertical dimensional error occurs when cutting thick boards, perfectly solving the industry-wide problem of inconsistent depth for handle grooves and deep profiling.

· The machine is equipped with an automatic intelligent lubrication pump with a digital display and pressure gauge. Users can set regular oil supply cycles independently. It automatically delivers lubricating oil evenly to guide rails and screws to reduce manual refueling work, continuously lower component wear, extend the machine’s service life and cut later maintenance costs.
Matched with LEADSHINE stepper motors and supporting DM1-860DK drivers, the complete transmission system forms a closed-loop control system that feeds back motor operation errors in real time during processing. The machine stably maintains a positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm with highly uniform finished dimensions.
The standard stepper motor solution delivers high cost performance and sufficient torque, suitable for mass standardized cabinet panel processing. For clients requiring high-end carving and high-precision special-shaped processing, upgrades to hybrid servo motors or full servo motors are available, featuring faster operation speed, more sensitive response and timelier error feedback for further improved processing effects.
III. Standard 3.5kW Air-Cooled High-Speed Spindle, Optional Air/Water Cooling Systems for Global Workshop Environments
The HT1325 comes factory-equipped with a standard 3.5kW air-cooled high-speed CC spindle, fully meeting the cutting, grooving and carving demands of regular cabinet production. Clients processing thick boards and high-density hard sheets can upgrade to a 6kW high-power spindle with abundant power for heavy-duty cutting. The spindle reaches a maximum rotation speed of 18,000 rpm, with a standard carving speed of 10–12 m/min and an idle rapid movement speed of 15–20 m/min, delivering obvious processing efficiency advantages over CNC machines of the same specification.

Two spindle cooling structures are available for customized selection, each suited for distinct scenarios:
1. Air-cooled spindle (standard configuration): Built with a small cooling fan, it features a simple structure with no external water tank or water pump required. Daily maintenance only involves cleaning dust on the fan, featuring ultra-low maintenance thresholds and lower failure rates. It is not restricted by workshop water supply conditions, operating stably in water-short overseas small factories and highly dusty woodworking workshops, making it the mainstream option for export machines.

2. Water-cooled spindle: It supports higher maximum rotation speed with less vibration and lower processing noise, yet it requires a matched water tank and circulating water pump for continuous cooling. Regular cooling water replacement is needed, and aging water pipes may bring electric leakage risks after long-term use. It is suitable for high-end custom factories with stable workshop water supply and strict low-noise requirements.
For export orders, spindle motors and heating elements can be customized to match the voltage and frequency standards of target countries, complying with industrial power grid specifications including 50Hz for Egypt and Bolivia, 60Hz for Brazil, etc.

IV. Dual Optional Control Systems: Computer & Handheld DSP Dual Operation Modes, Easy Operation for New and Experienced Operators
Two mature electric control systems are offered for clients to choose based on their workshop operators’ proficiency. The machine’s electrical cabinet is assembled with high-quality electronic components from multiple brands, featuring neat wiring and complete insulation protection. Voltage adaptation modification is convenient, and full customs clearance certifications are available to meet domestic and overseas export requirements.
1. Standard NC Studio Computer Control System: Compatible with all Windows XP/7/8/10 operating systems, it connects to the machine via a PCI control card. Operators can complete drawing, layout, programming and path simulation on a computer, ideal for large processing factories with professional draftsmen and mass standardized production. It supports complex batch layout to raise panel utilization rates.

2. Premium Optional RICH AUTO DSP Handheld Controller: It operates independently without a computer. The handheld panel features clearly partitioned buttons and an LCD screen, with practical functions including breakpoint carving, power-off memory and speed adjustment. No professional computer operators are needed; ordinary workers can master it after simple training, making it perfect for small factories and overseas clients with limited skilled labor.

Both systems support the import of files from mainstream carving software with strong compatibility, eliminating issues such as unrecognizable drawing formats and distorted processing paths to effectively reduce production failures.
