Cold Press for Plywood
Advantage:
1. The surface roughness of our platen is 0.8μm. The better among the others is just 1.6μm. This will keep the pressing averagely. It can press steady even a piece of paper.
2. The pressure can be 50t, most of the pressure from other suppliers can only be 37-38t at most.
3. The cylinders we use are with 4 seals.
1st seal on the outside is dust against seal to keep dust out of the cylinders. 2nd seal is V type polyurethane seal. It is to hold the oils inside the cylinder. When lifting, the cylinders are dry and clean.
3rd seal is O type rubber seal. It is to keep the oil in the oil groove inside the cylinders.
4th seal is skeleton oil seal. The others use skeleton oil seal only.
4. Our machine base is type H steel. The beam is as whole part. Much stronger than the others with welded steel plate. Welded steel plate will be bent easily
